The Bayless School District provides and the Board of Education pays medical, dental and life insurance (1 x salary) benefits to all full time eligible employees. In addition to the board paid benefits, the district, at the employee’s expense, offers vision coverage.
Flexible spending medical and dependent care, short term and long term disability benefits , and VALIC annuities through the CSD Retirement Trust.
PSRS/PEERS, the state mandated retirement system covers each eligible employee with district matched funds.
